Hydroponic How To
A friend of mine is a local organic farmer. He grows an assortment of Lettuce's, Chives, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Herbs, and other organic vegetation. He has a pretty large operation. He distributes to the local farmer's markets, "High End" restaurants, and a large organic distributor. I have seen his operation double in size over the last year, due to the fact that people are trying to eat healthier. Now that people are finding out about all of the chemicals, and hidden processes used in the food industry, a larger number people are going for the local organically grown vegetables. Organically grown vegetables have about ten times the amount of vitamins as most of the vegatables you buy at the super market. The organic food industry is the way of the past, and it will be the way of the future. His YouTube user name is atmjph1369 . I have encouraged him to make some organic video's. In this video he teaches you how to seed and do seedling selection of hydroponic lettuce in a Rockwool growing medium. This is his first video. Hopefully there will be more to come. I like the fact that he is actually doing something to better society. His operation is very impressive, and is fully organic. The system he uses to heat and cool is even organic. I do not want to divulge too much information about his operation, for one it is not my place, and secondly the majority of his setup is very ingenuitive. I would hate for anyone to steal his original idea's. Hopefully we will see more of his operation in the future. For now give his video a chance. Subscribe or like it on YouTube.
